  I. Overall planning of work stations and equipment.

  I, the top cover welding is divided into three stations.

  Two welding seams are automatically welded to weld the top center skin, top side skin and top skeleton together at the same time.

  1.3 Auxiliary work station: top skin patch welding, opening air conditioner and top air window holes, threading air conditioner and gas cylinder bolts.

  2.1 Dual-station equipment: divided into skin tensioning, gluing, point solid workstations; large span, small span braking spot welding workstations; equipment total length of 33 meters.

  2.2 After tensioning and spot-fixing, the top cover is sent into the automatic spot-welding station by process trolley, and the process trolley is controlled by electric power and conveyed automatically.

  2.3 Open programming, fast parameter preset storage, easy to call, with memory function.

  2.4 Large span (1000mm) spot welding and point-by-point (40-100mm) welding of the top skin are completed automatically, and the welding spacing can be set artificially.

  Three, time beat.

  The beat of double-station equipment can reach 20 minutes/set, 24 sets per shift of 8 hours.
