Equipment Description: The DYHZ-C series bus body frame assembling machine is of numerical control automatic adjustment type. The whole equipment movement part is driven by servo motor to drive worm screw elevator for transmission. The equipment locates the upper window beam (or window upright post), waist beam and skirt. The waist beam can be raised and lowered in the direction of vehicle height, the skirt can be extended in the direction of vehicle width, and the upper window beam can move in the direction of vehicle height and vehicle width. The equipment adopts modular arrangement to increase the operation space of personnel. The equipment is positioned as a universal adjustable type to meet the production model, with a vehicle width of 1.8~2.55 meters and a vehicle length of 6~13.7 meters. When in use, the model parameters are pre-stored in the system PLC, and only need to be called when in use. All parts will automatically run in place, and the change time is less than 5 minutes.

Equipment configuration: 12 meters long, with 6 column modules on one side. The servo control part adopts Delta products, and the pneumatic part adopts Yadke products.

Equipment selection: floor (or chassis) lifting and positioning device (there are three options: hydraulic lifting, ordinary motor mechanical lifting, servo-driven mechanical lifting); lifting of the upper platform on both sides of the equipment truss; front wall positioning, positioning of the pillars on both sides of the door.

Note: Servo drive and pneumatic parts can be designated by the buyer brand. Can be produced according to the requirements of the demand side.
