| The Zhongtong Large VAN Bus Welding Line Project is designed to meet the mass-production demands for large VAN models. Leveraging its mature welding processes, state-of-the-art and reliable equipment, efficient production layout, and premium technical services, Duoyuan has successfully managed the commissioning of newly developed models on the welding line. This has enabled the simultaneous production of multiple vehicle models on a single line, ensuring both high productivity and superior product quality. Beyond fulfilling the need for large VAN model mass production, the project also incorporates flexibility for future high-roof models to share the same production line, significantly reducing overall manufacturing costs. As such, this project represents a crucial upgrade in Zhongtong Bus Co., Ltd.'s capability to manufacture lightweight buses. | |

Multi-model co-line production: Supporting the production of large VANs in 5.5-meter and 5.9-meter mid-roof configurations, as well as fuel-powered and electric models, including logistics vehicles. Additionally, the line is pre-equipped to accommodate high-roof models, ensuring flexibility to meet the demands of multi-model co-line manufacturing. Efficient Control System: The control method employs a two-location operation program control, featuring manual/automatic switching capability to ensure operational flexibility and convenience. Flexible Transfer System: Transfer between workstations in the side-body area is achieved using overhead carriers and manual reciprocating rods, while final assembly line-off utilizes a dual-rail, linear reciprocating carrier. For the chassis and floor area, transfer between stations is handled by overhead carriers paired with automated reciprocating rods. In the main welding area, workstations are connected via automated reciprocating rods; after welding is complete, workers manually load components onto the floor frame and roof sections. Once welding is finished, the overhead carriers unload these components. Finally, the roof section is transferred to the main production line using an electric hoist combined with a vacuum-suction cup carrier. |

| The technical upgrade project for the welding and fixture processes on the large VAN vehicle production line will be implemented at the Light-Duty Bus Manufacturing Plant of Zhongtong Bus Holdings Co., Ltd. The initiative aims to launch mass production of 5.5-meter and 5.9-meter mid-roof VAN models—ranging from fuel-powered, electric, to logistics variants—while also reserving capacity for future high-roof models to share the same production line.
