Pakistan Hager Bus SKD Bus Project
In February 2022, our staff held 3 meetings with customers in Pakistan to agree on the equipment and technical parameters required for the SKD project of Haig bus. In March 2022, the project was finalized and the letter of credit was successfully opened. After that, the technical team set up by our company carried out the whole process control from the factory layout, design to production. At the end of October, the domestic testing of equipment was completed. On November 9, the shipment of the container was completed. The whole line body includes welding, spraying, final assembly and inspection.
Wuling white body welding production line
This project is Wuling body-in-white welding production line with a production beat of 15JPH, realizing flexible production of multiple models. This station uses a total of 5 robots, of which 4 are used for automatic spot welding of body-in-white and have the function of automatically switching welding guns. One seven-axis robot has the functions of visual guidance, automatic feeding and gluing.
Thai Customers Visit | Discuss Bus Line Project
On September 27, 2022, Thai customers Mr. Weerachai and Mr. Komsan visited our company to discuss the line body project. The total plant area of Thai customers is about 50000 square meters, and they plan to build a complete CKD bus factory. After the completion of the project, it will become a highly automated bus host factory in Thailand. High-end luxury models will be directly benchmarked against European brands. The current layout and equipment list have been confirmed.
