Zhengzhou Duoyuan Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the development project of the front and rear frame and sub-assembly welding line for the EVC4 project of Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd. on February 17th.

Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Foton Motor") was established on August 28, 1996. It is a state-owned enterprise controlled by the Beijing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. It went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1998 and is the largest commercial vehicle enterprise in China with the most complete product range. In 2021, Foton Motor became the first commercial vehicle enterprise in Chinese automotive industry history to achieve sales of over ten million vehicles, the first Chinese commercial vehicle enterprise with over ten million "dual independent" vehicles, and also the commercial vehicle enterprise with the shortest time to reach ten million sales globally.

Project Overview

This project covers several key parts, including fixtures for the front and rear frame sub-assemblies, conveyor systems, robot welding systems, electrical control systems, virtual simulation and virtual debugging, and secondary shared power systems. With advanced robot technology and rich experience in electrical control, we can provide efficient and professional welding solutions for Foton Motor. Through virtual simulation and virtual debugging, we can conduct comprehensive system testing and optimization before actual production. As a "turnkey" project, Duoyuan Intelligent will undertake comprehensive work including design, manufacturing, installation and debugging, training, and after-sales service, ensuring the smooth delivery of the project with the concept of "building a monument with every project."
