Futian P4 pickup truck frame welding production line is mainly used for assembling and welding of pickup truck frame sub-assemblies and robot welding of frame main body. This project mainly includes 87 sets of tooling fixtures and 23 welding robots.

Manual welding of small parts sub-assemblies, mainly including frame beams, longitudinal beams, shock absorbers, water tank beams, body brackets, cargo box brackets, exhaust pipe brackets and other sub-assembly brackets, tailor welding and polishing of small parts, etc. Process.
The robot welding of the beam body, the middle section of the longitudinal beam and the collapse section is mainly used for the robot welding of the main body welds of the beam 1 to the beam 7, the middle section of the longitudinal beam and the collapse section.
Robot welding of front longitudinal beam and rear longitudinal beam is mainly used for robot welding of main body welds of front longitudinal beam and rear longitudinal beam. The main body of the rear longitudinal beam includes the longitudinal beam body, the rear section extension section and the collapse section sub-assembly.
The robot welding of the front frame and the rear frame is mainly used for the robot welding of the main welds of the front and rear longitudinal beams, cross beams, middle sections of the longitudinal beams, and collapsed sections assembled into the front and rear frames. The welding of the front frame assembly is divided into four processes. The first and third processes are respectively manual loading and spot welding fixing stations, and the second and fourth stations are respectively robot repair welding stations (with displacement machine to ensure that each weld can be welded)
The welding of the rear frame assembly is the same as that of the front frame assembly, and four stations are also divided to ensure and realize the sharing of multiple models.
The robot welding of the frame assembly is mainly used to assemble the front frame and the rear frame into the main body weld of the frame assembly;
The welding area of the frame assembly is divided into the following stations:
A front and rear sliding table is set at one station of the frame assembly, which can realize the sharing of the long wheelbase and the short wheelbase of the frame,
The second station of the frame assembly is a robot repair welding station, which can store a variety of vehicle welding procedures and realize 6 kinds of robot automatic welding;
The third station of the frame assembly is the manual bracket repair station, and the casing parts with the highest frame precision are welded on this tooling;
The four stations of the frame assembly are repair welding and polishing stations, which are manually inspected and trimmed to the offline state.
In this project, we have adopted a total of 23 welding machines, of which the beam body is mostly intermittent welds, and the Lincoln ultra-low splash welding machine imported from the United States is adopted, totaling 7 sets. The welds of the longitudinal beam body and the frame body are mostly long welds, and the double pulse OTC welding machine imported from Japan is used, totaling 16 sets.
