Liu Changren said in his speech that as a national third-party automobile inspection organization controlled by China Merchants Group, Chongqing Automobile Inspection Institute actively responds to the national strategy, conforms to the development trend of the industry, and strives to build an integrated "test site and laboratory". A testing base with the ability to test and evaluate traditional automobiles, new energy and intelligent networked automobiles, there are 3 "national quality inspection centers", 8 provincial and ministerial technology platforms and 2 provincial and ministerial science popularization bases, provide quality inspection, R & D testing, technical consultation and other services for nearly 700 domestic enterprises in automobile, motorcycle and parts products, participate in the drafting of a number of national and industry standards in the field of passenger cars, and create the international leading "China bus safety evaluation regulations" (C-SCAP), to provide strong technical support for the technological progress of the bus industry.

Qin Zhenyuan, senior engineer of Chongqing Vehicle Inspection Institute, introduced the frontal collision evaluation method and test result analysis of Chinese buses.
