| Pickup truck frame welding production line is mainly used for assembly welding of pickup truck frame sub-assembly and robot welding of frame main body. This project mainly includes 36 sets of tooling fixtures, equipped with 36 Panasonic ultra-low spatter welding machines and 14 welding robots, equipped with double pulse Panasonic welding machines imported from Japan, and applied frame longitudinal beam arc welding anti-deformation technology, robot automatic welding, frame automatic conveying, digital factory and other technologies, it can realize the automatic welding production of multi-model chassis flexible robot. The robot welding of the front frame and the rear frame is mainly used for the robot welding of the front and rear longitudinal beams, cross beams, the middle section of the longitudinal beams, and the main welds that are shortened and assembled into the front and rear frames. The welding of the front frame assembly is divided into four processes. The first and third processes are manual loading and spot welding fixed stations respectively. The second and fourth sub-bill robots do not contain stations (with a displacement machine to ensure that each weld can be welded). The welding of the rear frame assembly is the same as the front frame assembly, and four stations are also divided to ensure and realize the sharing of multiple models. |
