| In order to ensure accurate and efficient welding, the welding line is equipped with two sets of robot welding stations, located at station 30 and station 50. The locations of these workstations are strategically arranged to meet the weld requirements inside and outside the cab, including the upper and lower cover plates of the front panel, side panels and front/rear panels, and the welds between the side panels and the floor. The external welds include the welds between the upper and lower panels of the front wall panel, the side wall panel and the front/rear wall panel, the side wall panel and the roof, the rear wall panel and the roof, and the front wall panel and the roof. | |
