| Kazakhstan modern light truck cab welding line is located in the Almaty industrial park. The customer of the project is ASTANA MOTOR, a manufacturer of modern light trucks and logistics vehicles. This project mainly includes 5 sets of welding fixtures for subassembly in the driver's cab, 1 set of welding fixtures for assembly, 1 set of column type power grid and 32 welding tongs. The project took six months from design to production, transportation and installation. The goods departed from Putian Station of China-Europe Express and arrived at Almaty Railway Port 15 days later. After arriving at the site, we sent a professional installation team to complete the installation of the basic equipment within 4 weeks, and then 6 weeks to complete the installation and commissioning. This meets the customer's requirement to start mass production from February 2023. |
