| The DUOYUAN body-in-white welding line project includes the lower body line, the main body welding line, the aerial transfer line, the sub-assembly line, the robot system, the electronic control system, etc. There are two main body welding lines, with a total of 24 stations, including 14 stations for the lower body assembly line (UB line) and 10 stations for the body assembly line (MB line).The workpieces between the stations are transported by roller bed + skid. The manual stations use manual integrated welding tongs for welding. The robot automation stations use manual loading, and the robots automatically load and weld. | |

| In terms of robot applications, we integrate offline programming technology and robot simulation systems to enable engineers to program and debug robots in an offline environment, reducing downtime on the actual production line and improving production efficiency. Programming and debugging in the simulation system can more accurately simulate the actual production environment, avoiding errors and risks that may occur in actual operations. The integration of these applications will bring customers more efficient, safe and reliable welding production lines. | |

| The project has the production capacity of a complete mixed line and can produce multiple varieties in a proportioned manner. It took 5 months from design, manufacturing to final acceptance. After production, the annual standard output can reach 40,000 units. | |
