In this project, EMS self-propelled trolley is composed of closed chain hoist and walking trolley, aluminum alloy track and connecting piece, sliding contact line, body assembly spreader and electric control part. They have the characteristics of accurate parking, simple operation, energy saving, safety and reliability, low noise, no pollution, and convenient maintenance. |

| The chassis conveying line is equipped with two groups of self-propelled trolleys, which lift the assembled chassis assembly from the chassis line station by continuous conveying and send it to the integrated line for line transfer. The empty car returns to the chassis line to start the next cycle. The cab conveying line also uses continuous conveying to complete the hoisting and bottom process assembly after the cab body interior trim assembly, and then delivers the cab body assembly to the integrated line for assembly with the chassis assembly. Empty cars will return to the bottom line end of the last station of the interior trim line to start the next cycle. This project involves the design and manufacture of chassis automatic transfer integrated air EMS transmission line and 1 cab air EMS transmission line for Foton heavy truck. EMS self-propelled trolley conveying line is a kind of logistics conveying system, which embodies modern mechanical, electrical and automatic control technology. It integrates warehousing, transportation, handling and process operations into a flexible production system and plays an important role in the material handling industry, especially in the automotive industry. |
