The height of the column of the power grid of the welding line is tentatively 4.5 meters. If Party A has special requirements, the height of the column can be adjusted according to the actual situation. According to the plant structure, the grid can be column or suspended. The steel structure column adopts thick-walled square pipe, and the lower end of the column is welded with embedded parts for secondary pouring; the upper part of the steel structure is connected with trusses, considering the installation of compressed air pipeline, carbon dioxide pipeline, trunking, lighting, fan, etc.; the compressed air system mainly consists of main pipeline and branch pipeline, the lower part of branch pipeline is connected with mixed gas box; station lighting lamps are installed on both sides of the production line. Philips LED grid lamps are used. Industrial wall fans are installed on steel structure columns. Each column is equipped with an industrial wall fan with a diameter of 650mm. A power box is arranged at a height of about 1.5 meters on the side of each steel structure column.
