The rib shaft welding robot workstation consists of two parts: a pair spot welding station and a full welding station. The pair spot welding station is equipped with a handling robot system, an arc welding robot system, a gun cutting system, a tail adjusting positioner and a component positioning device. The full welder is equipped with two sets of arc welding robot systems, one set of tail adjusting positioner, two sets of gun cleaning systems, etc. Because the workpiece contains a variety of specifications in the length direction and the overall size is long, the arc welding robot has an external walking device.
